As you know by now, Mum is a physio pin-up girl.
Mum has good days and bad days in terms of her ‘Ts’ but on a good day she wrote the following poem. It’s very much a work in progress but showed her positive and enthusiastic state of mind at the time.
In the past, as I think you know
When asked about physio
My answer was no
But now I’m older I must confess
The answer in physio is always yes
Don’t get caught up in what you can’t do
Concentrate on skills that are new
This could be a lesson for all
Say YES when you can
Then you’ll only recall
The positive things that you learn everyday
Rather than dwelling on yesterday
