Sundays are Mum’s most relaxing day and, after the excitement of Saturday, she needed a rest. None of the therapists come on Sunday, although Mum does have exercises for her to do in her room and Ben and Max kept her busy with her whiteboard crosswords.
Dad’s brother, Russel and his wife, Nola, came down from Tambourine Mountain to see Mum and she was extremely grateful for their effort.
Deirdre and Warren left Brisbane on Friday to head back home to Townsville in preparation for Mum’s transfer. Mum misses them a great deal. She may even had said that Dids needs to get her ass back her and make her cake, but I would never put something like that on the blog.
