It’s been an extremely busy couple of days for Mum since she transferred up to Brisbane. One thing about Prince Charles so far; it’s been all hands on deck since Mum arrived. She’s had speech therapy, doctor’s visits, OT, CT scans and physio twice a day since she’s been here (although today’s fist physio session ended up being cancelled).
We are in the evaluation stage at the moment so things may settle down next week but for now all the activity has done wonders for Mum’s progress. She can now sit unaided and stand with assistance. She needs helps standing and with moving her weight from one leg to the next but has definitely improved since her last session.
